1. Project Support Officer

Requirements :

• Diploma/Bachelor/Master Degree of any major
• Excellent proficiency in Mandarin (oral and written) is a must
• Minimum 2 years of experience as translator/interpreter, project support, project admin, project assistant, working with Chinese native or in China company
• Having experience as translator/interpreter/project assistant on company establishment projects,
• Joint Venture, business transaction will be preferable
• Having minimum Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshì (HSK) certification Level 4 is an advantage
• Able to work in dynamic & project-based working environment
• Willing to travel to or to be placed at Site Kalimantan Utara

2. Recruitment Officer

Requirements :

• Psychologist (graduate from Program Profesi Psikologi)
• Have minimum 3 years of working experience as Recruitment Officer/ Talent Acquisition/ Executive search
• Advanced skill in candidate sourcing, head hunting, assessment, interviewing & salary negotiation
• Having experience in handling Mass Recruitment & role as HR Business Partner will be an advantage

Requirements :

• Have good competency in Environmental Management System
• Preferably have exposure in conducting/compiling AMDAL (Environmental Aspect-Impact Document)

Requirements :

• Have min. 2 years of working experience in same field

Requirements :

• Physically and mentally fit
• Willing to be placed in our site project (Kalimantan Area)

4. Mechanic – Heavy Equipment

Requirements :

• Min education STM / SMK majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or SMA IPA
• Have at least 1 year of experience in the field of heavy equipment service and maintenance
• Have a Basic Mechanic Course certification
• Willing to work in the project area (Kalimantan Area)

1. Remuneration & Payroll Supervisor

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in any major, preferably in Accounting / Tax / Computer Science.
• Min 2 years of working experience as Payroll Staff.
• Having strong competencies in Remuneration Management, Office Administration, and Tax Regulation.
• Having communication skill, logical & analytical thinking also punctuality peformance.
• Having experience using SAP system is a plus.

2. Port Captain Assistant

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1/DIV) of Nautical or held ANT III.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the same or related position in shipping industry or other similar industries (fresh graduates are welcomed to apply)
• Minimum 2 years of sea service
• Analyze and determine improvement steps related to Fleet barging operational activities
• Coordination with related parties in the barging & transshipment process

2. Business Development Officer

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any Major
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in Business Development, preferably for IPP or Renewable Energy Projects
• Have good understanding of the IPP Bidding Process, Commercial Contract, and Financial Model will be an advantage.

3. Technical Superintendent – Renewable

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) graduate majoring in Engineering (Renewable/Sustainable Energy, Mechanical/Electrical/Chemistry)
• Minimum 5 (five) years of experience in Project Engineer, Design Engineer, Site Engineer,

Requirements :
