Requirement:

Min. Bachelor degree (S1), majoring in any fields from reputable university with max age 40 years old
Having experienced min. 5 years in Procurement / Purchasing position in managerial level
Have a network with government, vendor & supplier
Must be familiar with the legal requirements regarding local and importing shipments, as well as their company’s internal procedures
Strong Leadership, Negotiation, good Communication
Analytical and problem solving expertise
Having skill of General Affairs Management, Interpersonal skill, Problem Solving, & Decision Making

Job description Procurement:

Monitoring & Creating Purchase Request (PR), Purchase Order (PO) and Term of Payment
Assessing new & old vendors as well as suppliers
Looking for the vendor & supplier related with requirement with the best price
Selecting qualified supplier, coordination and price negotiation
Managing and coordinating with government & related parties for procurement goals

Job description General Affair:

Manage Office support management & scheduling including administrative & reception support.
Manage & maintain all office assets & vehicle(s) —inventory listing, registration. renewals, periodical service, rental, reimbursements. etc.
Maintain & manage distribution of vouchers, pantry supplies, office stationeries, etc.
Workplace management project: develop strategic facility goals, monitoring space allocations & ensuring efficient space use.
Performing other routine checks & maintenance tasks.
