1. Facilities Maintenance

Work Description

  • Planning Office / Building Facility by evaluating company objective and business strategy.
  • Run the daily maintenance operations of the property and buildings under supervision of the Facilities Manager
  • Inspect property and buildings for life / safety issues, following K3 standard.
  • Identify building maintenance needs, prioritize work and take corrective actions by monitoring Building PDCA.
  • Be a self-starter and work independently in the absence of supervision.
  • Read and interpret sketches, drawings, diagrams and blueprints.
  • Lead Technicians and Office Helper.

Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Architecture or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Required skill(s) : coreldraw, sketch-up, 3D Max, AutoCad.
  • Young and active professional with strong leadership.
  • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Maintenance / Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.

Work Description

  • Analyzing potential partners for the product.
  • Coordinating internal and external marketing and promotional efforts.
  • Analyzing our brand positioning and consumer insights.
  • Helping shape and communicate our vision and mission
  • Translating brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
  • Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to take action

3. HRIS OFFICER

  • Understand HR Operation (compensation & Benefits Administration, employee Relation, Talent
  • Management and others HR Project) process.
  • Drive and deliver HR initiatives to support business needs , such as employee engagement, and organizational change
  • Ensure that the organization complies with all relevant regulations, laws and employment standards.

Requirement

  • Exposure in Personel Administration, Employee relation
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Have at least 2 year(s) of working experience as HR Analayst / Generalist is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bandengan Selatan – Jakarta Barat

4. Project Management

Work Description

  • Create the Project Charter and ensure it is approved by the project sponsor
  • Prepare and arrange for the kickoff meeting
  • Create project scope documents (WBS, project schedule, risk mitigation plans, etc.) and have them approved accordingly
  • Identify and communicate with key stakeholders and key support personnel outside of the project team for their support
  • Present and share project plans to relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure project activities are executed according to the plan.
  • Monitor project tasks and progress based on the project plan. Provide reminders and warnings of potential delays to the project team.
  • Analyze potential project risks and threats which directly impact on the project completion.
  • Ensure that changes are well managed and well documented and approved as required.
  • Analyze project performance based on comparison between actual and planned work.
  • Create the project close-out report (including lessons learned) and compile all required documents.
  • Ensure that all project documents and decisions are well documented and kept in the project document repository
  • Ensure all project facilities are closed after project completion

Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering, System Information, Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s) : project management, risk management, analytical, presentations, Project Management And Control, MS Excel.
  • Having Project Management training would be a plus
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

5. Channel Marketplace

Work Description

  • Custom build product lists to support editorial and email marketing, using knowledge of stock availability to ensure lists are commercial, yet maintaining the fashion credibility of the site.
  • Assist in ensuring all products are beautifully and strategically merchandised across the site in Just In, category listing pages, designer listing pages, and trend pages.
  • Daily monitoring of incoming product to ensure the above listing pages are maintained and updated.
  • Regular auditing of available product online to ensure it is appropriately represented with the customer in mind.
  • Monitor stock levels and key deliveries to ensure products are attractively presented across prime product locations.
  • Liaise with merchandising, editorial, press and production to merchandise the site to maximize sales.

Requirement

  • Commercially aware with sales focus to help maximize conversion and cross selling.
  • Knowledge of retail, fashion, and technology industry.
  • Highly computer literate, can use HTML.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills required.
  • Proactive and highly motivated team player.
  • Must be detail-orientated, deadline-driven, and able to multi-task with solid organizational and time-management skills.
  • Passion for luxury retail.
  • Experience in retail, eCommerce, fashion is desirable

6. Finance Staff

Work Description

  • Handling daily financial transactions.
  • Monitoring and checking daily bank statements.
  • Monitoring and taking care of all necesaary financial administration.
  • Make monthly financial reporting.

Requirement

  • Bachelor Degree in accounting / finance / management major from reputable university.
  • Have at least 1 year experience as Finance AP / AR / Budgeting.
  • Have working experience in retail industry will be a plus.
  • Proficient in processing data using Ms. Excel ( Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot table, IF functions ).
  • Agile and can work in dynamic working culture.
