1. Posisi : Technical Trainer

Responsibilities:

  • Identify training needs in the Production area. Plan, develop and continuously update training material to fulfill manufacturing current needs.
  • Conduct established technical training programs either on multiple machine types or disciplines to local manufacturing sites that ensure trainees acquire sufficient skills, knowledge and attitude to perform their roles effectively.
  • Document the Training results and evaluate trainees, conduct skills and knowledge tests according to appropriate methodologies and policies in order to ensure that all training objectives are fulfilled.
  • Lead and participate in process improvement projects and problem-solving exercises, when specialized technical expertise is required.

Skills & Experiences:

  • Moderate knowledge of process/machinery
  • Moderate knowledge in several electrical systems (e.g. Basic PLC Siemens S7, PLC Advance Siemens Profibus & Networking, PLC advance Siemes SCL dan CFC, PLC Basic Beckhoff, TwinCAT, PLC Advance Beckhoff AFL (Micro 3), PLC GD Languange Micro 2, PLC Elau for Servo Drive)
  • Moderate knowledge of production managements e.g. production planning, performance management, etc
  • Moderate knowledge of other process (e.g. hand rolled, Factory Engineering, Supply Chain, Lean Management, natural wrapped, product development)
  • Moderate knowledge on Management System Related Such as PMQMS / Sampoerna Policies, ISO 9000, ISO 14001, OSHAS 18001, etc.
  • Lean Methodology (Green Belt)
  • PC Skills (Ms Office), AutoCAD is also preferable

2. Posisi : Manager Internal Communication

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and developing a long term Internal Communication strategies that have direct impact to employee engagement in the era of internal transformation
  • Build a strong Internal Communication Narrative as a brand that is relevant and sound to a large group of Sampoerna employees that have a wide range of characteristics and needs
  • Ensure all communication to Sampoerna employees have a strong silver lining with the narrative, especially communication material that energized people and also related with Business & Transformation
  • Manage a diverse group of senior stakeholders in aligning goals related with People Engagement – Internal Communication, it consist of more than 50 Sampoerna leaders from various functions and departments
  • Working closely with appointed creative agency to develop the most relevant creative communication material to achieve its objective
  • Write ad hoc internal communication materials in both English and Bahasa Indonesia that specific enough to be understand by internal employees and at the same time generic enough to be viewed from different angles

Experience Required:

  • Excellent communication skills both in writing and creating stories
  • Min 5 years of experience in Communication with min 2 years of experience in managerial level
  • Experience in creative / PR agency as a strategic planner or account strategic management, or brand management in communication will be an advantage
  • Team player experienced in developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
