PT Kalbe Blackmores Nutrition sedang membuka peluang kerja untuk mengisis posisi sebagai berikut:


Responsibilities :

  • Analyze past performance & propose brand plan for his/her designated brand/category with clear KPIs to answer business objectives
  • Lead integrated brand/marketing campaign development across touch points from briefing, development, implementation to result evaluation in a timely manner with a strong collaboration with cross functions & agency partners based on brand, consumer data, and insights knowledge
  • Analyze potential risk associated with his/her assign projects & propose mitigation/management plan
  • Manage & track his/her brand/category A&P budget
  • Liaise with supply chain and demand planner regarding product stocks and availability
  • Liaise with CI team to lead consumer research activities
  • Liaise with BD team to develop new/existing products

Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any major with GPA min 3.00 • Minimum 2 – 3 years of working experience as Brand Manager • Preferred from FMCG/Beauty/Pharmaceutical industry • Good command in English is more preferable



  • Forecasting process for supply and demand
  • Maintain inventory level in oracle system
  • Stock and delivery monitoring to all Indonesia area
  • Understand the need of information/insight/analysis (format, timing, content) from stakeholders through regular discussions and alignments
  • Providing data/report as required by local or regional stakeholder
  • Translate commercial data analysis from sales result, service level, sales returns, DOI at RDC/branches, etc., from various sources and from sales data analyst, into meaningful business insights to maximize sales opportunities Presenting/submitting analysis/report/insight as agreed/required by stakeholders or proactively as one time report if there is any urgent matter
  • Validating all data to be use in business analysis
  • Supervise, direct and guide data analysist(s) in what data analysis need to be done, timing, format and also developing dashboard(s) when required by stakeholders
  • Maintain good working relationship with Distributor and Regional Business Analytic team


  • Minimum Bachelor degree from any major (preferably from Industrial Engineering) with GPA min 3.00
  • Minimum 2 – 3 years of working experience as Demand Planner
  • Preferably from FMCG/Pharmaceutical/Beauty
  • Good command in English (written, spoken) is a must



  • Create, execute, and monitor promotion plan & expenses on monthly, quarterly, yearly basis to support achievement on sales target
  • Implement the right promotion strategy from existing official stores in the marketplace to achieve sales target
  • Manage all marketplace and social media accounts, as well as the budget allotted for ads and product promotion
  • Monitor and create weekly, monthly, annual reports related to promotion, ads impact, and sales performance, as well as the progress of the company’s social media and marketplace accounts
  • Generate new ideas & contents related to latest trending topics in the industry
  • Create contents, live events, and campaign plans for company’s social media marketplace accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok)
  • Communicate and good partnerships/relationships with marketplace representatives for corporate events or campaigns


  • Bachelor degree from reputable university from any major with minimum GPA 3.00
  • Minimum 3 years experience related as E-Commerce Specialist
  • Good knowledge of e-commerce management through various social media & marketplace accounts
  • Good at optimizing Search Engine Marketing and relevant top keywords
  • Able to work under pressure



  • Drive sales objectives and achieving commercial budget and targets
  • Identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base
  • Building strong relationships with key accounts
  • Ensuring accurate sales forecasting and account planning
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • Build a high performing sales team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance
  • Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders
  • Analyzing market trends and competitors’ activities and formulating strategies to respond to these


  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any major with minimum GPA 3.00
  • Minimum 2-3 years working experience as a National Sales & Promotion Manager
  • Good command in English is more preferable

5. ACCOUNTING STAFF (project-based)


  • Manages site budget and help site to manage their budget to hit milestone payments, due diligence on invoicing from lab and services.
  • Keep track of site budget, check invoices, and match with study procedures, including subject payments.
  • Maintain actual spending tracker & forecast on a monthly basis and manage this fund without overblown.


  • Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable university from Accounting with minimum GPA 3.00
  • Preferable has 2-3 years experience as Accountant staff in clinical trial research and do the forecasting
  • Preferably from life science/pharmaceutical industry
  • Good command/fluent in English (verbal & written) is a must
  • This position is project based (part time/freelance) with 2-3 workdays per week and hybrid working arrangement
