PT Kideco Jaya Agung, Indika Energy Group are looking for several potential talents for :

1. Senior System Analyst (Spv)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Informatics Engineering
  • Min. 6 years of experience in System Development, especially in Supply Chain Management (SCM) area
  • Experience working in an agile environment and in other service operations processes in an ITIL environment would be given preference
  • Work with diverse stakeholders to gather, understand, and validate business requirements to support successful project delivery
  • Ensure business requirements are clearly understood by the project delivery team
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, SAP, MS SQL)
  • Willing to be placed in Paser Mine Site, East Kalimantan

Responsibilities:

  • Understand, capture, prioritize and manage business requirements and business goals the project will address
  • Identify gaps, risks, or contradictions in requirements and clarify them with stakeholders
  • Determine the highest level of system requirements required to meet business requirements within budget & technological constraints
  • Translate business goals, user needs, and process improvements into technical functions and requirements
  • Perform cost-benefit analysis to determine the most appropriate means to meet the stated requirements
  • Provide guidance on project scoping to meet stakeholders’ requirements
  • Maintain proper and relevant documentation of the project
  • Handle errors, including analysis, solution proposals, and correction processes

2. Heavy Equipment Engineer (Rebuild Component)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Mechanical /Industrial Engineering
  • Have BMC Certificate (Basic Mechanic Course)
  • Have POP Certificate
  • Experience a minimum 5 years in Rebuild/Refurbish center
  • Familiar with engineering tools and safety standard compliance
  • Familiar with unit manufacture Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hyundai, and Daewoo
  • Advance in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in a procedure (SOP, WI, Manual Nook, Part Book, etc)
  • Good in analytical thinking and communication
  • Willing to be placed in Paser Mine Site, East Kalimantan

Responsibilities:

  • Engine Overhaul
  • Transmission Overhaul
  • Refurbish Component Hydraulic (Cylinder, Mainpump, etc)
  • Electrical Overhaul
  • Perform Component Performance Test

3. Heavy Equipment Engineer (Trouble Shooting)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Have BMC certificate (Basic Mechanic Course)
  • Have POP certificate
  • Experience a minimum of 3 Years in Repair & Maintenance Process, Troubleshooting
  • Experience in Overhaul & Major Repair is preferred
  • Familiar with engineering tools and safety standard compliance
  • Familiar with unit manufacture Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hyundai, and Daewoo
  • Advance in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in a procedure (SOP, WI, Manual Nook, Part Book, etc)
  • Willing to be positioned in Paser Mine Site, East Kalimantan

Responsibilities:

  • Repair & Maintenance HE & Support
  • Troubleshooting HE & Support
  • Perform remove & install the component
  • Conduct failure analysis
  • Perform testing & adjusting the machine
  • Perform machine diagnostic process
