1. ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR (experience required)

Requirements :

Male, 25 – 35 years old
Fully vaccinated against Covid-19
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) of Electric Engineering, High Voltage
Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering field as supervisor
Expertise in hazards and safety, trafo, cubicle, SUDP, LV/MDP, Genset, preventive maintenance
Placement in Bandung

Responsibilities :

Assist in department’s daily operation
Participate in long-term preventative maintenance projects
Prepare process plans
Decide on equipments, materials and subcontract sources
Supervise installation and initial start up of equipment
Perform and record machine tool capability studies
Identify and debug for production problems as needed
Modify processes to enhance operation productivity
Assign, train, develop and supervise work
Ensure accident estimates are prepared promptly and repairs are done timely

2. INSTRUMENT & CONTROL SUPERVISOR (experience required)

Requirements :

Male, 24-28 years old, single
Vaccinated against covid-19
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) of Electrical Engineering
Minimum 2 years of experience
Strong leadership skill
Able to work under pressure
Willing to work in shifts
Placement in Bandung

Responsibilities :

Coordinates analysis, diagnosis, installation, repair, maintenance and the calibration of instrumentation and control equipment
Coordinates maintenance activities with engineers, other departments and contractors
Ensures that safety rules and procedures are followed
Prepares Instrumentation & Control business plans
Develop, review, and revise standard operating procedures
Creates, composes and edits technical and administrative correspondence, reports and documentation

3. PROCESS ENGINEER

Requirements :

Male or female, single, 24 – 30 years old
Vaccinated against Covid-19
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) of Chemical Engineering
Minimum GPA 3.50
Must be able to write and speak English
Communicative, initiative, and passionate
Good critical thinking and problem solving
Great attention to detail

Responsibilities :

Develop, configure and optimize industrial processes
Assess processes, take measurements and interpret data
Design, run, test and upgrade systems and processes
Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output
Perform process simulations
Manage cost and time constraints
Perform risk assessments
Provide process documentation and operating instructions

4. PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Requirements :

Male / female, 24-28 years old, single
Vaccinated against covid-19
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) of Chemical / Food / Industrial Engineering
Minimum 1 year of experience
Strong leadership skill
Able to work under pressure
Willing to work in shifts

Responsibilities :

Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
Oversee and coach employees
Train new employees to follow procedures
Check production output according to specifications
Submit reports on performance and progress
Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards

5. CHILLER & HVAC GROUP LEADER

Requirements :

Male, single, 24 – 30 years old
Fully vaccinated against Covid-19
Diploma (D3) of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
Minimum 2 years experience in leading team
Strong leadership skill
Strong knowledge of hazards and safety
Able to perform preventive maintenance
Able to work in hot and cold temperatures

Responsibilities :

Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioner
Make sure equipments operate efficiently & continuously
Perform regular maintenance work on cooling units
Diagnose electrical & mechanical defects & malfunctions
Install, replace, repair equipment that has been damaged
Make adjustment, do calibrations of thermostatic controls
Make plans and designs of new air-conditioning systems including their installation and maintenance
Coordinate with company’s contracted HVAC vendors
Leading team and monitor progress
