1. Commercial Business Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Gather and collect the data from related stakeholders including but not limited to Sales. Marketing, Finance & IT team as well! as to analyze the data such as KPI and trends including 4WIH
  • Collaborate on the design, development, maintenance and delivery of forecasting models, metric, report, analyze and dashboard to drive key business decision
  • Prepare and present the report to management during management team performance review meeting and other event and work with others to ensure the management team performance review meeting conducted properly including the meeting material, arrangement and logistic and etc.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Bachelor degree of Information System
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the same field and industry
  • Understand market research, analysis, and insights into latest industry trends
  • Able to communicate and implement a company’s strategy internally and externally to carry out company’s overall goals
  • Hands on with BI tools
  • Good in making report and data
  • Having advance excel skill

2. Area Sales Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Identify, develop & evaluate sales strategies
  • Maintain sales growth rate, control and analyze sales reports (weekly and monthly)
  • Identifying new market opportunities
  • Cooperating with related parties to increase sales

REQUIREMENTS :

  • D3 / S1 education
  • Experience working in FMCG companies
  • Experience handling personal care products
  • Experience in medical channels is a plus
  • Having communication, persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Have good leadership skills, analytical thinking and problem solving
  • Prioritized for placement in areas according to domicile / province (throughout Indonesia)
  • Willing to go on a business trip and be placed / rotated to other areas (throughout Indonesia)

3. GA Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Analyze the needs of the office facilities
  • Conduct cost analysis for the provision and maintenance of all facilities to support the office activities
  • Establish a working relationship with the facility provider vendor
  • Establish work procedures for inspection and facility maintenance
  • Conduct a survey on employee satisfaction levels with office facilities
  • Prepare reports on assets and office expenses for monthly budget meetings
  • Dealing with guests who have needs with employees and company management
  • Handle complaints related to office facilities and infrastructure

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Bachelor’s degree of Environmental Engineering & Science, Chemistry, Biology or equivalent
  • Min. 2 years of experience in wastewater treatment & air pollution
  • Have good analytical and intrapersonal skills
  • Have a certificate of competence as a Water & Air Pollution Control Manager (MPPA & PU)
  • Well-organized and discipline
  • Willing to be located in Karawang.

4. Purchasing Staff

JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Checking all supported documents in accordance with quality procedure and Import regulations
  • Responsible for internal and external administration of import documents
  • Coordinate with Warehouse Departement to determine delivery schedule
  • Tracking purchase orders and suppliers delivery schedules
  • Directly coordinate with Customs and Excise Department and Forwarder to managing import document.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree, in Economic/ Business or equivalent
  • At least 1 years working experience in Purchasing Departement
  • Have experience in import purchasing will be an advantage
  • Have a knowledge about Import regulations
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent administration skill
  • Willing to be placed at Alam Sutera Tangerang.

5. HR Recruitment Internship

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Majoring in Psychology, Human Recources Management or Equivalent
  • Preferably in final semester
  • Interested in recruitment & employer branding
  • Get used to recruitment tools
  • Having a design skills (Photoshop, Canva, Corel draw, etc)
  • Detail oriented
  • Willing to work 5 days a week and minimum for 3 months
  • Able to work both individually and in teams
  • Willing to work in Tangerang & Karawang
