1. Engineering Process Staff

As an Engineering Process Staff, the suitable candidate will be responsible to:

Conduct predictive maintenance (calibration, vibration, thermograph, current, etch) to all chosen equipment.
Systematically analyze equipment breakdown and identify the gap or trouble so that production able to run normally.
Repair the abnormal production machines and equipment to support the production process.
Responsible for check the availability of a parts and make list of needed parts

REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics.
Have minimum 1 year work experience in related field (fresh graduate are welcome to apply).
Good knowledge in electrical system and utility.
Good problem solving skill and high integrity.
Willing to work in shift hours.
Work location: Kudus.

2. Engineering Utility Staff

As an Engineering Utility Staff, the suitable candidate will be responsible to:

Ensure the utility machines condition are operating optimally.
Repair of decreased utility machines.
Maintain all utility machines to keep their performance.

REQUIREMENTS :

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering/Automation/Mechatronics/Energy Conversion/Mechanical Engineering.
Have minimum 1 year work experience in related field (fresh graduate are welcome to apply).
Skillful in electricity, plumbing, HVAC, Compressed Air, Boiler, and WTP.
Good problem solving skill and high integrity.
Willing to work in shift hours.
Work location: Kudus.

3. CONTENT CREATOR INTERN (3 MONTHS)

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Create and optimize monthly content plan for TikTok
Responsible for video script writing, shooting, and editing
Monitor and increase video performance, including interact with audience
Be sensitive with trending topic in FMCG industry and produce content accordingly

QUALIFICATIONS :

Deep understanding on TikTok’s algorithms, features, and trends
Ability to think creatively and share outside the box ideas
Extrovert, good taste on video quality and composisiton, professional copywriting and video editing (prefereably CapCut)
Able to speak English, both Oral and Written
Good time management, communication skills, and be able to work in teams or individualy
