1. Assistant Product Manager

Requirements:

• Candidate must own at least a Bachelor’s Degree from any major.
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Experience or intern within marketing or sales preferred.

2. Category Development Executive

Requirements:

• Candidate must own at least Bachelor’s Degree from any major.
• Candidate with at least 1-2 years category executive work experienced or potential fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

3. Supply Chain Management Officer

Requirements:

• Candidate must own at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, & Biotechnology.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent in managing data.

4. Transport Controller

Requirements:

• Candidate must own at least a Bachelors Degree from any major.
• Candidate with at least 1 year in related field or potential fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent in managing data.

5. Internal Auditor

Requirements:

• Candidate must own at least a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Industrial Engineering.
• Having 1-5 years of work experience in the audit field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.

6. Learning Facilitator

Requirements:

• Candidate must own at least Bachelor’s Degree from any major.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Having a good knowledge of Training Need Analysis, Training For Trainer, and Training Effectiveness Evaluation.

7. People Development Officer

Requirements:

• Candidate must own at least Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Psychology or any major.
• At least 1 year of experience in Organization Development / Talent Management or fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient at Microsoft Excel.

8. Assesment Officer

Requirements:

• Candidate must own at least Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Psychology.
• At least 2 years of experience handling psychological assessment.

General Requirements :

• For Fresh Graduates, should obtain minimum GPA of 3.0 (scale 4.0).
• Strong personal leadership, collaborations, arui teamwork.
• Great initiative, highly motivated, and creative.
• Excellent analytical & communication skills.
• Have a positive mindset with a can-do attitude.
