ANDROID APPS DEVELOPER

Candidate must be possess at least Diploma in Information Technology/ Information System
At least 1 year of working experience to built mobile apps developer
Must have knowledge on programme mobile application and web
Must have knowledge on Android Studio, Swift Mobile Development, Ionic
Having knowledge on JAVA, XML, Web Services
Having Knowledge on MY SQL, SQL SERVER, PHP
Having experience or knowledge to developing Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
Able to work independent and a team, good interpersonal and communication skill
Creative, Initiative and good analysis

ARCHITECT ENGINEER

Candidate must be possess at least Bachelor in Architecture
At least 3 years experience as architect engineer in construction company, especially in High Rise Building
Mastering to use AutoCAD, SAP2000, ETABS, & SketchUp
Mastering basic concept of high rise building design
Willing to be placed in all area of Indonesia

DRAFTER

Candidate must be possess at least SMK (Architecture Engineering)
At least 1 year of working experience in related field, especially in building construction company
Required Skills with AutoCAD & Ms. Office
Good analytical skills & work under pressure
Willing to be placed in all area of Indonesia

ESTIMATE

Candidate must be possess at least Diploma in Civil Engineering
At least 1 year of working experience in related field, especially in building construction company
Fresh graduate are welcome with min GPA 3.00
Required Skills with AutoCAD, Ms. Office, good in price analysis & budgeting
Able to work under-pressure and good attention to detail

JUNIOR ENGINEER

Candidate must be possess at least Diploma in Civil Engineering/Architecture
At least 1 year of working experience in related field, especially in building construction company
Fresh graduate are welcome with min GPA 3.50
Required Skills with AutoCAD, Ms. Office, Ms. Project
Able to work under-pressure and good attention to detail

MECHANICAL ELECTRICAL

Candidate must be possess at least Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanic
At least 2 years working experience in related field, especially High Rise Building
Fresh graduate are welcome with min GPA 3.00
Required Skills with AutoCAD & Ms. Office

PROGRAMMER

Candidate must be possess at least Diploma in Information Technology/ Information System
At least 1 year of working experience as Programmer
Having knowledge of ERP Concepts, desktop & mobile programming, OOP, database mySQL, PHP, Javascript, CSS, HTML5, Framework CI (with MVC concept)

PROJECT ADMINISTRATION

QUALITY CONTROL

Candidate must be possess at least Bachelor in Civil Engineering
At least 1 years experience as Quality Control in High Rise Builiding project
Understand procedure & working methods
Able to read built drawing

QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS)

Candidate must be possess at least Diploma in Civil Engineering
At least 1 year of working experience in related field, especially in High Rise Building Project
Fresh graduate are welcome with min GPA 3.00
Required Skills with AutoCAD & Ms. Office
Able to work under-pressure and good attention to detail
Willing to be placed in all area of Indonesia

SAFETY OFFICER

Candidate must be possess at least Diploma in Public Health/Civil Engineering
At least 1 years experience as Safety Officer in property or construction companies, especially in High Rise Building
Must be have Certificate of K3
Able to operate Ms.Office
Willing to work in site project (all areas of Indonesia)

SITE MANAGER

Candidate must be possess at least Diploma in Civil Engineering/Architecture
At least 5 years experience as Site Manager in construction company, especially in High Rise Building Project
Required Skills with AutoCAD & Ms. Office
Understand of Quality Management System and ISO 9001:2015
Understand procedure & working methods
Have leadership skill and teamwork

STRUCTURE ENGINEER

Candidate must be possess at least Bachelor in Civil Engineering
At least 3 years experience as structure engineer in construction company, especially in High Rise Building
Mastering to use AutoCAD, SAP2000, ETABS
Willing to be placed in all area of Indonesia

SUPERVISOR

Candidate must be possess at least High School of Civil Engineering
Minimum 2 year(s) experience as Supervisor, especially in High Rise Building project
Fresh graduate are welcome with min GPA 3.00 and have experience as freelancer in construction project
Understand of working methods for civil (structure) and architect (finishing)

SUPERVISOR ME(P)

Candidate must be possess at least High School from Electrical/ Mechanical
Minimum 2 year(s) experience in Mechanical Electrical, especially in High Rise Building project
Understand procedure & working methods (ME)
Having knowledge about plumbing is a plus point

SURVEYOR

Candidate must be possess at least SMA/SMK
