1. TAX OFFICER

Job Qualification:

Bachelor degree in Accounting, Taxation, or similar field, minimum GPA 3.00
Experience minimum 3 years in tax area. Brevet A, B, will be an advantage
Good knowledge and familiar with Indonesia Tax Laws and Regulation
Has experience in tax audit, tax objection and tax appeal
Applicant must be willing to work at Sunter, North Jakarta

Job Description:

Withholding / collecting taxes (pph 4 paragraph 2, pph 23, pph 21, and vat)
Reconciliation of costs against taxes (GL vs Tax)
Making biling IDs for tax payments
Creating and reporting SPT. Period and annual tax
Prepaid pph 23 reconciliation
Re-evaluate company tax
Manage correspondence to the Tax office

2. CREWING SUPERVISOR

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Maritime Studies or equivalent
Minimum 2 years experience in crewing.
Have good reporting and communication skills.
Understand all the processes in and out of the crew from the ship.
Applicant must be willing to work at Sunter, North Jakarta.

Job Description :

Ensuring the availability of quality crew and all crew recruitment activities run according to company procedures and requirements.
Conducting cooperation with the School of Marine Academy/agents of crewing recruitment, so that the needs of ship craws can be tuff Med on time.
Compile and review the Cadet Program to ensure that all programs are run well and according to company regulations.
Conduct regular inspections on board to ensure the quality and performance of the recruited Crew goes well so that the vessel’s operation runs smoothly.
Create reports according to the scope of work performed for analysis needs and performance monitoring by superiors
Documenting all working documents related to the scope of work done so that all documents can be achieved completely and property.
Prepare and arrange for briefing familiarization for the crew who will join on board
