1. Mechanic Supervisor

Job Description :

Coordinate maintenance and inspection of distribution vehicle according to schedule
Controlling vehicle administration, such as vehicle certificate and eligibility document
Monitoring the vehicle spare parts inventory
Make monthly reports related to the performance of the distribution vehicle
Executing and monitoring the implementation of quality, K3L, and 5R policies

Requirement :

Minimum high school / vocational high school and diploma from all majors, automotive prefered
Minimum 2 years experience in related area
Able to operate Ms. Office / Open Office and other digital technologies

2. Billing Staff

Job Description

Responsible for billing list for billing
Record sales transactions
Print invoices and complete other required documents
Update the incoming money in the monitoring table
Make a letter/report of bad debts and handle it
Upload the output VAT e-invoice in the DGT system and store electronic documents properly and report them every month to the KPP

7. Make a selling book as sales data every day

Requirement

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting
Understanding Taxes and E-faktur system
Proficient in operating Ms. Office / Open Office and other digital technologies
Experience in using ERP systems, such as SAP is preferred

3. Manager Maintenance/Electrical

Job Description :

Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance
Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work
Hire and supervise tradesmen during installations, repairs or maintenance (electricians, plumbers etc.)
Inspect and maintain building systems (heating, ventilation etc.)
Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations

Requirement :

Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Mechanical Engineering Energy Conservation are preferred)
Proven experience as maintenance supervisor or similar role at least 7 years
Understand Rotating equipment ( Centrifugal, Reciprocating and Screw Compressor)
Mastering AutoCAD, Can read P&ID, Can read technical drawings and sizes
Understand about the refrigeration system, the basics of alignment, the basics of manufacturing workshops (piping)
Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations

4. Sales Engineer

Task & Responsibility :

Develop a list of target customers (sales targets and new customers)
Increase sales by considering the selling price, profit (EBIT) and smooth payment (DSO) with the approval of superiors
Coordinate and carry out sales process activities starting from sales offers, installation of tanks/tubes/gas and others along with supporting facilities up to the realization of delivery (according to the approved offer)
Coordinate and expand the business area, add customers, increase customers
Coordinate and prepare price offers, projects, tenders approved by superiors
Coordinate and update contract agreements with customers (contract period, price addendum, changes to customer data) in accordance with applicable regulations.

Requirement :

Bachelor of Engineering
Fresh Graduate are welcomed
In-depth understanding of manufacturing company and its position in the market
Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts; may include entering and tracking merchandise, scheduling with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software

5. Quality Control Supervisor

Job Description

Ensure the quality of the raw materials used and the products produced are in accordance with the standard
Ensure that the calculation and quality check procedures carried out by the QC team are in accordance with the standards
Ensure that the measuring instrument complies with the calibration standard
Leading the QC team in controlling the supporting equipment for production process
Executing and moniroting the implementation of quality, K3L, and 5R policies
Asset Management Staff

Job Description :

Conduct periodic inspections of field asset lists
Update asset data
Manage procurement documents, new assets, asset mutation and disposal as well as repairs
