1. Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor (Bekasi)

Job Description :

Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance
Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work
Hire and supervise tradesmen during installations, repairs or maintenance (electricians, plumbers etc.)
Inspect and maintain building systems (heating, ventilation etc.)
Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations

Requirement :

Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Mechanical Engineering Energy Conservation are preferred)
Proven experience as maintenance supervisor or similar role at least 3 years
Understand Rotating equipment ( Centrifugal, Reciprocating and Screw Compressor)
Mastering AutoCAD, Can read P&ID, Can read technical drawings and sizes
Understand about the refrigeration system, the basics of alignment, the basics of manufacturing workshops (piping)
Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations

2. Sales Supervisor (Sidoarjo)

Job Description :

Develop a list of target customers (sales targets and new customers)
Increase sales by considering the selling price, profit (EBIT) and smooth payment (DSO) with the approval of superiors
Coordinate and carry out sales process activities starting from sales offers, installation of tanks/tubes/gas and others along with supporting facilities up to the realization of delivery (according to the approved offer)
Coordinate and expand the business area, add customers, increase customers
Coordinate and prepare price offers, projects, tenders approved by superiors
Coordinate and update contract agreements with customers (contract period, price addendum, changes to customer data) in accordance with applicable regulations

Requirement :

Bachelor of Engineering
Have experience in sales field at least 3 years
In-depth understanding of manufacturing company and its position in the market
Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts; may include entering and tracking merchandise, scheduling with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software

3. Controller Staff (Jakarta Selatan)

Job Description :

Supervise documentation of accounting policies and procedures
Supervise regional accounting related to control systems, transaction processing, as well as policies and procedures
Ensure that all statutory requirements are met by the company including tax holders, PPH 21, goods and services tax (VAT), income tax
Ensure that bank reconciliations are completed periodically
Ensure documentation of files, documents, and letters related to finance in accordance with ISO provisions
Provide financial analysis as needed, particularly for capital investment, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations
Prepare financial reports for monthly, quarterly, or annual meetings and provide recommendations to support the decision-making process

Job Description :

Retrieve data from every existing equipment from pumps to compressors.
Support to the maintenance department to carry out a planner when it needs to be repaired, which is based on the findings of predictive maintenance tools, as well as collecting data logsheets.

Requirements :

Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical or Physics
Able to use Mechanical and Electrical measuring tools ( Vib scanner and Thermograph )
Must master autocad, can read P&ID and PFD, can read technical drawings
Preferably fluent in English

7. Purchasing Staff (Manggarai, Jakarta Selatan/Cikarang, Jawa Barat)

Task and Responsibilities :

Able to identify potential and non-potential vendors, vendor survey and perform vendor assessment;
Maintain a good relationship with the existing vendor;
Conduct procurement tender process from end to end process;
Conduct procurement flow process from end to end process;

Job Requirement :

Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) from reputable university in majoring Industrial Engineering or equivalent;
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in manufacture, mining, energy, logistic and project engineering industry;
Hands-on experience with Acppac/Sage 300 and SAP;
Good analysis and negotiation skills;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
